Yesterday was the day that Eric finalized his double degree. He had a meeting with a councelor and a little paperwork to finish. He is very excited about it finally being complete.
His councelor was very positive too. Eric may be eligible for a research scholarship next year. But the biggest compliment was when she told him that she'd be following his work the next few years and is looking forward to being able to tell people that she knew him when he was an undergrad.
Needless to say this was all very flattering. His new degree is one hundred percent registered and now all that's left is to actually do the work over the next few years.
